Setting Up Organic Search Campaign

Prior to beginning the website optimization process, Tiger29 will setup or gain access to a variety of SEO tools. These toolset is critical for performing effective Search Engine Optimization. We need to access internal and external accounts, existing platforms, and getting usernames and passwords for the site CMS.
We require access to Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools), and Bing Webmaster Tools. We also need access to the website's Content Management System (CMS). We may require FTP access as well.

Google Analytics
Setting up Google Analytics will provide access to the following information:
- Volume of Traffic
- Traffic Sources - Google, Yahoo, Bing, or Other
- Traffic Quality
- More
Google Search Console
Google Search Console is often overlooked by many developers because it isn't part of the website design and build. It is a way to continually monitor and improve the rankings for a website. Setting up this free Google tool will give us the ability to:
- Submit Sitemaps directly to Google
- Discover Search Terms (Keywords)
- Receive Important Notices Relevant to the Site
- Diagnose Potential Problems with SEO
Bing Webmaster Tools
Like Search Console from Google, Bing Webmaster Tools is important for maintaining a website's good standing with Bing. It offers many of the same features, but contains data from the Bing search engine.
CMS Access or FTP
Tiger29 requires admin level access to the website Content Management System (CMS) if it exists, and FTP or similar access may be requested.
